The Lotame Ops team is upgrading the database that supports the UI/API at platform.lotame.com and api.lotame.com. During the upgrade there will be extended periods when the UI and API will be unresponsive and users may be prompted to re-authenticate to the platform.

Tag serving, data collection, audience extraction, and server to server integrations are not impacted by this maintenance.
